I would go for the nachos except I can't see that they're nachos in the picture - but the color and frame is good.
Then it's between the Sesame Rice and the Squash Blossoms - I like the colors and the framing of the rice, I like the dramatic contrast of the orange and blue in the blossoms but something seems off about the framing.
Not much help but also I'm not a photogropher either.

Definitely the broccolini dumpling. I thought about that picture as I went scavenging for dim sum ingrediants last week. I made spinach and tofu dumplings that were no where near as good as this looked. Thanks for the ideas!

My vote is:

1) Russian Tea Cookies.
2) Stuffed Squash Blossoms.
3) Broccolini Dumpling

So geez, I'm no help.

They are all beautiful... it is too hard to choose! I love the squash blossoms and the Russian tea cookies though... but I think that is mostly because they are appealing to my taste buds most right now. All the photos are beautiful.

You have inspired me to get more artistic with my photographs.

Welcome Jude and Fleagirl - it's always lovely to hear from the new folk!

Tanna- you're right, you can't tell they're nachos. The cool thing about food photography is, you really just go on your gut feelings, what's the most attractive. I really like the sesame rice, myself.

Sam and Melissa and Tanna - those squash blossoms were awfully good.

Please don't be shy - let me know your fav!

The nacho photo made me hungry, so I'll vote for that. The squash blossoms photo is also very cool.

The tea cookies only I'd call them English tea cookies with the English china back there in the background ... all are great!

The rice. (Closely followed by the squash blossoms.) But they all look good!

I really like the last one, it's an unusual shot because it's before the dumpling is sealed. Also the broccolini is so artfully arranged!

Definitely the tea cookie, about to disappear into your mouth! The crumbs clinging from the last bite say, oh! I'm scrumptious!
That's my vote.
